Anyone seen this book yet? Tried any of their exercises?

I saw the first exercise--knee bends on a slant board--in the most recent O magazine issue; tried it and could barely move the next day. And I think of myself as being in OK shape. Then I went and bought PVC pipes to do that series of exercises; got stomach flu the next day and couldn't tell how much of the hurt was the flu and how much the exercise. Asked for a balance ball for Christmas and it's on the way.

It's one of these exercise programs that uses unstable platforms to make all your little muscles get into the game. They have a high opinion of their equipment--$175 for the rotary platforms, even $75 for a slant board (2x12 and a brick...). But it's an interesting feeling inside my body.
