International Food and The Zone

Does anyone have (or know where to find) information on ethnic food for the Zone? Most particuarly Thai... I have a hard time visualizing what sauces or soups, etc, may have hidden in them that I need to balance.

I've got all four Zone books, but paging through the Food Blocks book didn't help... not sure how to break this stuff down into its component parts when I'm not sure what is in it!

Any advice?
