Wow - Sunday was 1 full year on Atkins and 42 lbs are gone forever!! I just love this way of life and have become a "Preacher" of sorts for this low carb lifestyle!

That is terrific!!! It is certainly an inspiration to those of us who have only being low carbing a matter of weeks. I feel like I can do this forever, but actually seeing people who have been doing it for a year...three years...five years, etc. shows me that it really is doable, and very easily
