Just hit 10 on my aerobic workout
Update:
I just finished my bfl aerobic workout. The last 2 minutes I ran ~ 7.5 mph. I don't run so this was the fastest ever for me. I had to lie down for a minute to catch my breath.
I want this to be the first of many 10 workouts! I am on my second week of bfl - I haven't lost any weight yet. I think I have to cut more carbs.
