Wink introduction

Hi everybody! I would just like to introduce myself.Tomorrow will be my first day on the Atkins eating plan and I am a little bit nervous about it. I have been reading everything that I can get my hands on about eating the low carb way so I guess I am as prepared as I can be. I am sure that I will learn more as I go on.Please excuse any goofs in my typing. Iam a 2 fingered typer. [do they still call it typing?] Well heres to success for me and to all of you ! By the way, how do I figure out the body fat percentage? I would appreciate any help I can get.

Hi Lessara!Thanks for your message. I was going to start today but after spending the night reading alot of ideas on this forum, I thought that I had better get the Atkins book first. I will start the WOE as soon as I get done.I want to start the Atkins plan and see how it goes. I, too, have tried almost every diet in the book without success. One question : I read that one lady ate a whole chicken in one meal! How much meat and cheese can you actually eat? I seem to do most of my eating in the afternoon and night and I eat alot of snacks . Do you have any snack recipes to fall back on? Thanks for your time and happy eating!
