Default proportions??

I really wanna try and make one of the cheesecake recipes I've seen here on the forum. The thing is, it's just my bf and I, and we don't eat snacks/treats that often. So, I want to make a 7" cheesecake (I have a 7" springpan) instead of the typical 9". Does anyone know how to modify the recipe? By what percentage would you reduce all the ingredients??

Here is what you should do.....make the New York Style Cheesecase of Karen's in her recipes. it is awesome. Cut it in pieces and freeze it, that way you work and make a mess once and then enjoy if for weeks afterwards. But I do not know about using a smaller pan.
