Default I'm a changed WOMAN!

After 3 months of starving myself on the Canadian Dr. Bernstien diet program. I am on my way to feeling full again, and losing weight a proper nutiritional way. Thank you to everyone who has been encouraging me on this way of life. I'm hoping I'm not going to regret anything.

Hi Amanda:

I'm assuming by your post that you are switching to LC. I'm so happy to hear that you've come back. That's great news.

You might find it really helpful to start a journal. Then people can visit and offer advise about what you are doing. It's a great tool. You'll probably struggle a bit in the beginning with making sure you eat enough. That's the beauty of Atkins. You're never hungry.
