Default Calorie Question

I usually eat only three meals a day no snacking. I exercise daily, cardiox4 and weight training x2. I am HUNGRY now. can I eat eggs, meat and cheese ( 4ozdaily) anytime, so if I have my three meals, can I make it four meals some days.

Example,
Breakfast

2 eggs and 3 sausage patties breakfast
Lunch

2 eggs and some sort of meat

dinner
one egg
celery + blue cheese
cheese
Chicken

Also, do I need to count calories, and isn't it crazy to have 250g of fat in one day and still be effective?

FYI I am on Induciton.

If you're hungry, add a snack!

Eat when you're hungry, don't count calories unless you're eating way too few or way too many, and fat is your friend!

Your menu looks okay... you could eat more veggies!
