I am so happy about this. My finger swelling has gone done. I have had a long on going problem with finger swelling. I am so happy that my fingers dont hurt when I make a fist. I hope it will last

I think it will last if this becomes a WOL for you. I am now wearing rings that I had long forgotten about. It seemed with pregnancy, my fingers swelled and remained swollen for three years after.

Good for you!
Yes, the retention is gone for me, too. Seems drinking 2,5 liters of water every day does the trick!

Getting off grains might be part of it too ... many people have mild allergic-intolerance problems with wheat and corn especially, which can include fluid retention and bloating.

Congrats on your success so far
