Chromium may help. L-Glutamine helps too.

I think you'll find that the longer you stick with LC, the less severe your symptoms will become....it's another of the great benefits!! Still, if the hunger comes, try to stick with LC-legal snacks and meals. Get rid of or hide all the illegal stuff if you can.

Hang in there!! It gets easier!!!

Thanks Terri,

I just had a little urge a moment ago and i had a teaspoon of cream and that seem to be a bad thing to do but it fixed me up for the time being.
At least it was loc.
Well nothing is easy at least that is only once a month!!

I indulged once and bought
some Russell Stover Sugar-free
Peanut Butter cups! Were they
ever good. I limited myself to
1 a day. (They have a laxative
side effect so be careful not eat
the whole bag!)

I also find that green tea will rid
the body of pms side effects, plus
it has a LOT of antioxidants that
are good for the body!

My PMS symptoms have DRASTICALLY
reduced in the past 3 months! I do
find that my appetite increases the
week before, but I treat myself to
a chocolate shake in the afternoon.
It's a good way to get some chocolate
and keep from straying to a HIGH
carb snack.
