Question Can I have an atkins bar on induction?

Just wondering,can I have an atkins bar on induction or is it better to not. I have been following this diet very strickly and I dont want to eat something I shouldnt.

You can , but I will give a warning, the bars can stall some people. So it may be something you want to wait a while before you test it out.

You can have the Atkins Advantage bars but NOT the Atkins Endulge chocolate bars during Induction. If, in the future, you're curious about which Atkins products you can have during which phases, check out the atkinscenter website and there are little squares next to each product showing which phases the product is appropriate for.
