Question FitDay Percentages

Hi,

I know someone, somewhere answered this question, but I can't for the life of me find it. I should have printed it when I saw it, but that was before I started FitDay.

Anyway, what are the general daily percentages in terms of cals, carbs, fat, fiber and protein that I should be looking for?

TIA,
Jones

Cals should be 10-12x your current body weight. Fat about 70%, Carbs about 5%, Protein about 25%, Fiber GOAL is 25g....but that's hard to do.

Thanks Teri-

I started using those numbers as a guideline today. In fact, I taped them to my monitor.

Thanks again,
Jones
