Default New Member, maybe younger then lots of you.

Hey everyone, my name is "mouse" and I am 14. I honestly need to lose weight, First of all, weight gain in my family only occurs after you give birth or you start aging... Or you just eat ALOT!. In my case, my weight always changed as I grew, depending where I was... When I lived in Russia I was chubby because I would regularly visit my grandmother and she would feed me so much, but then I moved to Israel, learned how to talk and was able to speak out against all the food that was given to me. Also in Israel I would go out and play regularly, therefore I was skinny but healthy. Now I live in Canada, when I moved here my dad spent more time with me and would force me to eat so much, I cant say I gained SO MUCH WEIGHT but enough to make me start dieting, I box and I have alot of muscle but my waist and thighs never seemed to catch up with the rest of my, I have a kind-of Mariah Carey figure, its full but its fit and I need alot of ideas how I can have it completely like Mariah Carey, Im really looking forward to sharing ideas. If anyone wants to know anything I won't hold it back, Peace.

Hi Mouse

Just wanted to welcome you to this Forum. You might just be the youngest one on this site. Best thing to do is look around and read other peoples post. You will learn a lot just by doing that.

You didn't mention what plan you would be following but limiting your intake of junk food, especially at your age. is a really good idea.

Whichever path you take, best of luck to you.

Rose

Default Welcome!

Hi, Mouse, welcome! Wow, you are quite young! (That's not bad, just that I think maybe you are the youngest one here?)

I'm completely ancient (41) LOL! I"m a newbie here too.

Congratulations on wanting to be healthy!

At your age, if you just eat plenty of good, healthy food (limiting sugary things like cakes and sodas) you will almost certainly arrive at the weight you were naturally meant to be - your best weight. Plus, a little exercise is good - maybe going for walks, swimming, or sit-ups and other light exercises done at home.

You have seen so much of the world, for being so young! I was an Army brat, so I grew up travelling all over, too. I lived in the Netherlands, and when I grew up and joined the Army myself, awhile ago (I'm not in anymore) I was stationed in the Sinai, right near Israel, so I got to visit some places in Israel!

Again, welcome and good luck!

Love, Leora

Ugh oh, Mouse, I wanted to welcome you but posted a new thread instead of replying by accident! My welcome to you is under the heading "welcome..."

Love, Leora
