Talking Finally over my stall

I started Atkins in November. Dropped 10 pounds in no time at all. Then, I slid off the diet around the holidays, gained a few, then went back on the Atkins. The pounds wouldn't budge. Mid February, discouraged, I decided that this just wasn't working, thought I could just be careful and go back to low fat dieting. I started feeling not so good. No energy, loggy feeling. My acid reflux came back big time, even though I am on Prilosec; arthritis began bothering me again; shortness of breath again. I thought, Wow, I guess I really did feel a lot better on the Atkins, so back on it again, with a few minor adjustments. Stopped eating nuts and just started cutting back on my eating, but without feeling hungry. The weight is is flying off again and I feel so much better. In all, I have lost 15 pounds, which is great for me. So, don't give up, its worth it and my husband says I prepare great meals doing the Atkins.
