Default drugless cure for h. pylori?

i did blood test last feb. 13 and turned out that i have h. pylori antibodies in my blood. i don't have symptoms so far when i'm on low carbs, symptoms only appear when i'm on high carb. now, i don't know whether i should go for antibiotics treatment of h. pylori or not because according to some articles, treating h. pylori is like double edged sword, killing them all will increase the risk of esophageal cancer.

and also, i've read some sites saying that if you don't have any symptoms there's no need to treat h. pylori, considering majority of the population have h. pylori on their body.

if i'm going to go for drugless cure, what do you people recommend? can i just stick to low carb the rest of my life and avoid stomach troubles?

Default H pyloric

After suffering for years with GERD - my husband finally went in and had a study done - he had been suffering from H pyloric - this is a bacteria that lives in your stomach. They put him on antibotics that day - after a 14 day course he hasn't had a problem since - his follow up was 6 months later. The pictures tell the story, his stomach is back to being pink - and no trace of nodes. and no trace of disease. H pyloric is found in patients with stomach cancer - the treatment doesn't cause cancer - but ignoring it might, it is thought to be picked up when we are children. It there fore tends to "run" in families.

A message board is no substitute for the advice of your own doctor. But people can report their exerience, as Ellymae has.

As for the fear of cancer, the LC way of eating contains little or no sugar. And some doctors think that cancers feed on sugar. So a person would be doing the best possible thing to avoid a cancer by staying LC, whether or not they took the antibiotics. And it would certainly minimize the possibility.

So listen to your doctor AND keep LC.

no offense tofi, but i know lots of doctor who are anti-LC... and it seems pointless to argue with them.
