Default Fat Intolerance?

This is my second go around on this diet. I tried it last summer and lost 6 lbs in 9 days. I stopped originally due to various degress of constipation. I have a mild case of hemmorhoids that I've been dealing with since my Mid 20's and for some reason on the Atkins diet, they seem to get worse.

To get around it this time I am making sure to eat more higher carb foods that still fit in to the plan after removing the Fiber count. I never did that first time around, and in addition, I am taking some FiberCon pills.

Anyhow, to the main point here. I notice this time around I feel queasy after eating a higher fat content meal. I get this bad flavor in my mouth, like after eating a steak or bacon, and just plain feel bad through the day.

I was thinking of switching up to more poultry and eggs, and to get more fats, I was simply going to start adding more salad dressing - My dressing is a homemade blend of olive oil with various spices.

Anyone else have restrictions on what fatty meats they will eat?

Also, on a side topic. I notice when I eat steaks, I tend to get more pimples than normal. At any given time I may have 2-3 small blemishes here and there, but after lots of meat, I tend to break-out and get a good 10 blemishes or more.

Someone mentioned to me that it may be the hormones common in various red meats.
