Default Curious about SB

Hi, I'm currently on 'atkins, and am wondering about making the switch to SB, but I'm concered about gaining weight since so many people when they transition from Atkins to anything gain -

Question: has anyone done this switch successfully, and if so, how?

Thanks

Claudia

I made this switch, and I know many who have. Just increase your carb foods easily, and don't go off the deep end. To lose, it is recommended you not have more than two or three starchy carb servings a day. That would be whole wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potato, etc. I don't worry about veggies and fruits. I tend to eat more veggies than fruit though. Do read the SB book if you have not yet. Michael Montignac's Eat Yourself Slim is good too. He was the 'father' of SB.

Good luck!
