Hi all,
I hope this note isn't pre-mature, but I wrote a couple of weeks ago about hitting a plateau, stall, whatever you want to call it and I weighed myself this morning and I've lost another pound. A modest improvement, but I don't mind slow as long as it's going! This may just be a fluctuation, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but thanks for all the support and help guys. Hang in there if you feel like you're stuck on a weight, even if you're watching your carbs moderate/strict it seems to work.

That is good news....

Hey, start a journal and visit us more often. I find the daily support so helpful with keeping me on track.

All the best.

I must be totally overlooking it, but where do I go to do a journal? Thanks.
