Question Ketones

How soon should I be seeing Ketones when following Atkins?
Can anyone tell me their experience with feeling weak or tired during the induction? How soon have most people seen results (significant weight loss of ten pounds or more)
I have tried lo-fat, calorie counting, diet pills, portion control to no avail!!!! I hope this will finally work for me!

Hi bbarrall

Everybody is different. I started Akins at the beginning of January, and was into Ketosis in 3 days. I lost 11 pounds during induction. But again, everyone is different.

If you are feeling weak, make sure you are taking all your supplements!

Question When do you check?

When should you check if you are in ketosis (sp?). This is day 5 for me on the induction and I wasnt sure when to check. I have lost 4 lbs already though!
