Default A little Indulgence on DAY ONE INDUCTION

Hi guys,
just chekin in: I had a big lunch today but I didn't feel guilty at all. The foods were soo good, I just couldn't help but indulge a little. I ate until I was satisfied but I didn't feel sleepy or even tired afterward. Even though the meal was big, my stomach feels light and I am back to my pre-lunch self again: energetic and awake. I feel alert but not restless, excited but not anxious - everything just feels so BALANCED! So far no withdrawal symptoms whatsoever.

So here is what I had for lunch:
(1)Saute chicken sausage with spinach and a tbs of shredded cheese, in olive oil
2. two mini meat balls
3. small fish patty fried in olive oil (with a few slices of garlic)
4. a small cup of protein shake with some olive oil mixed in

It feels good to eat good! Bon appetit everyone!
