Need Atkins Backup of fat/protein/carb ratios

I am in discussion with an "unbeliever" who claims that even Atkins states that 70% fat is too much - I have run searches on the Atkins site and here and can not find - among the multiple results - one post or article that I can use - I mean there are plenty posts with the 70/25/5 numbers, but nothing I can use to properly back us up on this.

I'm hoping someone has something at their fingertips.
