Yep! You can make it with half the amount of tomatoes and cut down on the amount of onions. The option to use beans is up to you and the ones to use are black soya beans (read the whole thread though!)

Thumbs up I make chili all the time

I make this about one a week. It's fast & easy!

-a pound to a pound and a half of ground beef
-one packet of McCormick chili seasoning
-one can of whole or diced tomatoes (I use whole and cut them up because there is less carbs in whole)
-mixed veggies (I usually use half a bag of frozen stir fry peppers. I put them in a tupperware bowl with water and microwave them for 3 minutes before adding them to the chili.)
-shredded cheddar cheese

Just brown the ground beef then drain the grease. Add the rest of the ingredients and add water to desired consistency. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with cheese on top.
