Default Blood in urine

Hi,

I am a newbie finishing up my second week of induction, and have developed what appears to be blood in my urine - a distinct pink color. I searched the forums and found the topic had come up before: blood in urine but seems that not too many people report this. I don't know if the sensitive nature of the problem is a deterrent or if it just does not happen all that much. I'm posting to say "me too" to others who have had this experience, and to ask for feedback/advice. I have had this before, but now that I think back, it has always been when I have mad a diet change...last time though, it was the Zone...

Hopefully,

Rosalie

Hi Rosalie,

Have you seen your doctor yet about this problem?

Until you see your doctor, my only advice is to make sure you are drinking a LOT of water. But you must seek medical advice for this problem.

Hi Rosebud,

Thanks for your response. I should have mentioned in my initial post that I am following my MD's professional advice. My main reasons for posting the thread were to contribute to the body of experience and to see if others starting LC eating had faced and solved this particular problem.

I appreciate your advice and concern - thank you! And I will increase the water!

Rosalie
