Unhappy Can't use pork rinds.... help!

Because I only eat Kosher, I can't use pork rinds in any of my recipes.
After checking out many recipe posts and ideas - I see that everyone uses them for so many things... instead of bread crumbs for coating, for crusts, or instead of flour for fish patties etc...

Is there anything else I can use for coating chicken (can't be dairy) or as fillers?

HELP!!!!

You can use ground nuts as a coating. Almonds seem to be the most popular.

I never thought of using nuts - sounds good - and the soy flour I actually have in the house so that is good. Maybe I will try it this weekend -
Thanks for the great advice!

Default another option

I use flax-o-meal to coat chicken - I can say there is no obvious dairy, but I checked my package and the kosher symbols aren't there. You could probably contact the company at www.lowcarbsuccess.com to verify...

Flax-o-meal is that stuff advertised
in the banner ad above. )

Now I guess the next hurdle would be getting it in Israel.
