starting in the morning....again!
I don' t need to lose a LOT but my tummy needs to go down a few notches and the jeans are uncomfortable (that used to be too "loose"). So I am going to try to begin atkins induction in the morn.
I am nervous because there are lots of sweets in the house and I have a tremendous "sweet tooth".
I still feel ill informed, but have done much research online, but wish I had "the book". I do have a "shwarzbein principle" book and it is basically the same as atkins plan!
