Default frustrated!

I have been on induction for almost 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs.....but I feel I should have lost more, considering I watched my carb intake closely, only cheated once with one cookie, and had a few protien bars. I am lifting and doing cardio every day for 1.5 hours and wondering if I am maybe gaining muscle mass....and have actually lost more fat weight than i thought and replaced it with muscle weight. What should I do?

Default You are doing just fine

A 36% weight loss in 2 weeks is a little more than one third of what you wanted to lose. That's a huge success! You wanted to lose about 15 pounds, which is a relatively small amount in the grand scheme of things (even though it may feel like a mountain). You are actually ahead of the game, so be proud of yourself.

Congrats on getting into the weight training too. That will tone and firm you up and make a huge difference in overall appearance.
