If you wish to access your User control panel in order to change information in your own profile -- such as your weight stats as they go down, or other aspects of your account like whether or not you want to continue getting email notification each time there's a new post in any thread you've participated in, or to add or change your avatar pic -- then you need to go up to the top right of any forum page and click on the profile icon ...

To read the public profile of any member, then just click on the little profile icon which is at the bottom of every post.
