Default new keto ice creams

saw Keto Ice cream in pints at Meijer's today. Already had a 1/2 gallon of Blue Bunny in the car, so didn't get them. They had 3 flavors: UFO (can't remember), Rt 66 (= rocky road) and Too Nutty (= butter pecan)

I had the Funky Chunky flavor, it has chunks of chocolate and cherries.

Let me just say: Houston, we had a problem! Someone, ate the entire carton in one day. That's not quite 1000 calories. Fortunately, other than breakfast, it was all I ate yesterday.

After I ate that pint of ice cream I was absolutely stuffed for a good 14-15 hours and couldn't eat anything more.

But I won't be taking any more of them home unless I intend to have another splurge like that, because it really was TOOOO good.

Nancy, did you have any repercussions from the sugar alcohols?

Default so i tried the keto ice cream

and it was delish.....

i thought that i was really eating the real thing.

the sugar alcohols i could do without so i'll eat the rest very sparingly, but over all, i didnt think it was bad.

another thread said that ben & jerry's was crap, so i think i made a good choice.

just thought i'd share

Yeah they are really good. I bought the UFO (cookies and cream) and the Rt 66 (rocky road) both were really good.. but they are a lot harder to put down and stop eating than the BB Carb Freedom, so ill just stick with it.

They also have ice cream sandwiches available (chocolate wafers with either vanilla, choclate, or peanut butter ice cream) - I think about 4 net carbs each. I tried the chocolate-chocolate ones, very good, but pricey with only 4 in a box for $5. Also have chocolate covered rasberry ice cream bars, these are to die for!! 2 net carbs, even more expensive with only 3 in a box for $5...
