Gday all,

I am looking for a recipe I saw that made a sort of Spinach pancake etc.

People were having it for breakfast and adding things like cheese/bacon etc.

Anyone know the one I am talking about ?

I'll let you in on how I found these. I used the search funtion at the top of the page and typed in spinach pancake . For search options I used the Kitchen Forum and clicked View Results as posts. Then I went back and did the same thing but just typed in spinach for more hits.

That was them - the Frittatas. I'd never heard of them until I found the recipe and when I did a search for spinach pancakes the first time I didn't limit it to the Kitchen and got hundreds of results (in people's Journals etc).
