Hi everyone, I'm new here and would really like a buddy to help stay motivated...I lost my weight about 9 years ago doing Atkins but have been "off track" for the last 6...
I've just started again coz my health has really suffered since being off this WOL.
I'm not wanting to lose any more weight but I'm concerned that I won't be able to stay motivated because of this!!
I've got my journal started -and FitDay as well, if anyone wants to take a look..

I don't know if you would care if your "Buddy" was a guy or not, but I admire that you have lost your weight and I have trouble myself keeping to this WOL. Check out my Journal if you wish and let me know. By the way you have already helped me in that I had never heard of FitDay before, I went and checked it out, and signed up, it's seems to be a great website! Very helpful! Kinda sad really that "being healthy" and felling good does not inspire as much determination and motivation (at least not for me) as the drive to lose weight!!
