Question Want to start some excercise to get out of stall. No idea what to do?

Hi, I feel a bit shy comming here as I've never excercised in my life. After losing 44lbs on Atkins the pounds have stopped coming off. I want to do some excercise to try and get the weight loss started again. I can't really get out and walk as we have snow cover at this time of year. I've bought some 3kilo hand weights but really don't know what to do. I want a routine I can do for about half an hour every morning in my flat. I have not been able to find a gym I can join in this city (Minsk, Belarus). Also, I can't buy any books in a language I can read.

If anyone can be bothered to work out a little routine for me I can only offer my gratitude in return. I don't know any technical language by the way. I know what a pushup is but not a squat for example.

Thanks in advance.

Robert

Hi Robert, I can't help you tons but here is a link to a site that will show you exactly what a squat is and more. It is one of my favourite links:
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

It gives you with every single muscle in your body and provides a lot of different variations on how to work it.

Here is a link for abs:

HTH!

rob....find a building with an indoor stairwell and climb up and down 2-3 stories continually for 45 minutes and you will lose some weight buddy.
