If I may make a suggestion, start yourself a journal. Just go to the sticky at the top of the "introduce yourself" forum and follow the instructions. Write down what you eat each day so you can keep track...and others can help when you go astray
Also, try fitday.com....it has a great calculator that will tell you how your ratios of fat/protien/carbs are...as well as a calorie count and total carbs.
When you have time ( I know...I know...lol ) read some other journals...full of great info and ideas, and you meet some really fun people.
