Hi. I've been low-carbing for 2 1/2 months using Protein Power. And I'm never looking back. In that time, I've been melting away the fat ... in that time, I've lost 32 lbs & 9" from my waistline. My husband calls me the "incredible shrinking wife".

This looks like a great site.
