Smile Low carb books evaluations

Hi
Has anyone read all the major, new low carb books and decided upon the pros and cons of each? I would appreciate any information on the subject. I read the reviews on the site but they arn't very critical. I would appreciate some real critical thinking and thought out opinions. The weston price website contains good reviews but from only one source. Thanks for any help!

Hi ShandyAndy, Can I presume you mean the plan summaries under "Which low carb plan is right for me?"

ShandyAndy, this forum is primarily about support, so the low carb books mentioned here are those which are recommended by this site. We are trying to encourage people to follow one of those plans - not give them reasons to find problems.

I think it comes down to a matter of opinion and lifestyle. Some higher carb plans suit some, while others of us are more comfortable with a lower carb plan like Atkins.
