I am looking for support & guidance to establish an eating & exercise pattern & to attain my weight goal.

I'd also like to be 20 years younger.

What would you suggest?

Hi Dorothy, welcome!

The best way to get support here is to start up a journal. There have been times when I might not have kept going but for the encouragement I received via my journal.

Have a good look around this great site. The orange bar at the top of the screen is very helpful, especially "Low Carb Tips." You might also check "Hot Links" in the Newbies Questions forum. They are links to former threads where people have had many questions answered.

Me too! Let me know if you find that fountain of youth - I'll be along to take a dip with you! .

Cheers, Dorothy.

Hey Dorothy

Glad you are here. You will love this forum and all the support and encouragement here.

I recommend as Rosebud said that you start a journal. Refer to the Sticky "How to start a journal". Also I find www.fitday.com a very helpful tool in calculating what I eat daily.

We can then keep track of your progress, visit with you, share recipes and just give you love and support.

Look forward to following you in your journey.

Hiya and welcome! I see you've read Atkins and Sugarbusters, and that you've already been LCing for quite a while. Were you considering a change?

M'kay... abracadabra

*poof*

Did it work?
