How about starting a journal?
You can list out your daily food intake in it so we can take a look at what it is your are eating everyday. Perhaps it is something you are consuming.
Without knowing your age, past dieting history, what you are eating every day, are you on medications, are you taking supplements..... It's really hard to help figure out why you arent losing weight.
