Question Help- Gained weight

Hi All,

I'm in my 3rd week on induction. In the first week i lost 8lbs, in the 2nd i gained 2lbs as per TOM. This week i'm up 1lb more meaning in almost 3 weeks i have lost only 5lbs. I've been watchful, following the dos and don'ts religiously and i go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week doing 60-65mins sessions. I've been on my weight loss journey for 18 weeks now and i would like to make excellent but realistic progress. Anyone had this expreience? Any tips? Thanks in advance.

How about starting a journal?

You can list out your daily food intake in it so we can take a look at what it is your are eating everyday. Perhaps it is something you are consuming.

Without knowing your age, past dieting history, what you are eating every day, are you on medications, are you taking supplements..... It's really hard to help figure out why you arent losing weight.
