You are really supposed to cut out sugars and substitutes in induction to start out. Clean out your system.

That is the same thing as sf popsicles. Fake sugar.

I swear i'm not judging - it is truly up to you how strict to induction you want to be but try a protein snack first and see if you can get past the craving that way.

Hey, start a journal if you feel inclined. People come to visit and offer wanted or sometimes unwanted advice but I swear it really is a supportive bunch.

If you aren't sure read a couple and see how people utilize them.
