What is the difference between insuline resisitance and sensitivity? I know scentific explanation but I have hard time identifying the symptoms of each. So what are the symptoms of insuline resistence and sensitivity. Do I have to have all of them? What would blood tests show (may they show nothing?). How would diet differ for each of these dosorders. Please make it simplle for me, I am not a science person!

Julianna, if you are Insulin Resistant it implies that you are not sensitive to insulin or are insulin insensitive. This means that more insulin is required to get the job done. If you have repaired your insulin resistance through LCing then you are said to be sensitive to insulin again and produce a 'normal' or at least not an excessive amount of insulin when glucose is present in the blood.
