I had some birthday cake Sunday

It was my son's 5th birthday party. So I had a piece. Of course it knocked me completely out of ketosis.

One thing interesting though. Yesterday I still was free from the sugar cravings though I was not in ketosis. I gained back the 2 lbs I lost. I started induction last Wednesday. I'm kind of bloated, so AF is due soon.

I wish I hadn't screwed up, but I'm back at it again. I guess I have to pick myself up and keep going.

Sunday must have been the "cake" day - my hubby had a birthday Friday and I made it until Sunday before I dove in. Geez, 8 weeks of being a saint and then I blew it!

Oh well, pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off, brush our teeth to get that sugar off and back on LCing we go!
