Question weight loss supplements

hi, every1! first post. i have been on atkins for about 3 years w/ moderate success. it has taught me so much about my body and how i react to food. recently started taking hydroxy cuts supplements. read all that i could and decided to give it a try. seems to me that the main cause of all the problems is that people tend to think "more" may be better. i followed the directions and have had great success w/it. no side effects, except some mild acne. i have been on it since july 2002. it gave me so much energy and really made me eat less. i excercised very little, as i am active in work and play golf every chance i get.my question is does any1 have a idea how long this supplement can be taken? i have cycled off it every month for a min of 10 days and only take 6 pills, 2 every 4 hrs. has any 1 taken this supplement long term? thank you for your input.

Welcome aboard! You might want to check out the General Exercise forum .. there's an excellent thread on thermogenic supplements. Check it out .. THERMOGENIC INFO: Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel, Diet Fuel, Metabolife, AdipoK. It's a huge thread, with tons and tons of information and advice from Trainerdan and others.
