Default Power 90 Workout Tapes

I have been looking at the Power 90 tapes and supplements. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this along with there low carb diet. I have heard of great results from people not on low carb so I was wondering how effective they are to those low carbing it.

All I can say is that 90 minutes is a LOT of working out!!!!! I get exhausted just thinking of 90 minutes of bouncing around!!!!!! I can't say I have ever done any of those workouts nor do I know anything about them but I did several years ago spend 6 months doing a 60 to 90 minute aerobic workout. At the end of 6 months I didn't pant by the end but I really didn't notice a change in my actual body (shapewise) AT that point I switched to a 30 minute calathetics workout (spelling is wrong on that I am sure.) After 6 weeks I could actually see a difference in the definition of my muscles and such. The workout was MUCH easier on my joints too! I know that in the end. I felt like a mile walk around my neighborhood or a hike plus my 30 minute workout really did me a lot more good than the 60 to 90 minutes of jumping around which left my back and joints aching.

I can't comment on the power 90 but I do the Slim in 6 series. It is a series of 3 tapes that gradually increase the intensity. The 3rd "burn it up" is a killer hour long workout. Go to www.beachbody.com (i think that's the site) they have a great community forum there and people are happy to answer questions about their products.

I do South Beach and have no problem with the heavy workouts. I eat "good carbs" no junk and low glycemic foods. An apple a day is a great thing!
