Wink Cheese and Lactose ( is it that bad?)

I find myself feeling very bad and blowted when i drink milk, either skim or 3.25%

But when i eat cheese i dont really feel that way, i was wondering i bought some cheese sticks the other day with 0% carbs in them, i guess that since its cheese there is some lactose in it.

The sticks are very good and can be used of a good snack, 5.3 g of protein and 4g of fat, 0g of carbs.

Can cheese be used in the low carb days?

Also my friend bought some pizza last night, today i scrapped off the top and kept only the cheese and bacon, i add eard that on low carb this can be ok?

I dont know if mozzerela cheese is ok havent checked the carb index.

The only time i drink milk is at the very beginning of my carb load when i have my Honeycombs. Milk has way too many carbs to be used during the low carb phase.

Cheese is much lower in carbs and can be used in moderation during low carb. I try to limit myself to one serving per day. I also keep some cream cheese in the fridge for emergency food cravings, it has 2 grams of carbs per 2 ounces but is packed with fat.
