I have so much body fat, was thinking right now it might be a good idea.
I walk 6 days a week to a 4 mile areobic walking tape, and have started to work out on the bowflex twice a week, very beginner in that area. I can't manage many reps or much weight so far, but is a real nice change.
Guess I will have to think it over some more. My waist has really went up in the inches over the years, never before had that problem in my life, so thought maybe that stuff would help in that area.
