Plan: Zone
Stats: 151/144/135 Female 5'9"

Progress: 44%

Lightbulb High Energy

I can officially say that after 4 weeks in the Zone (this week is Week 5!) I feel the "energy" after my meals.

Not only that, I have also stopped taking Fat Burners which I use to take to give me an "extra boost" through out the day. I no longer need them thanks to sustained energy in the Zone!

*Not to mention fat burners aka caffeine and ephedra products throw off the balance you may experience in the Zone

My strength has increased at the gym as well:

Use to run 1 mile now running 2 miles without taking a break
Chest Press 15lbs now chest pressing 30lbs
Bench Dips (using body weight) 3 sets of 8, now 3 sets of 12
Dumbbell Flyes 10lbs now 15-20 lbs!

*Lost 2 inches from waist during week 2 and now lost 3 lbs this week (week 5)

I am very excited. I use to be a sceptic myself b/c everyone in the fitness world looks down on low calorie plans. Well, let me just say, the Zone is for me. I made the right choice! I have high energy, feeling great, losing weight and inches. It's wonderful!

Have a great day everyone!

Lisa
