hi miss aloha,

your avatar will only show up when you read your posts. it will not be the actual board.

go to profile, then 'edit profile', towards bottom of page has the avatar change.

for instance, if you go to my 'question: protein powders" that me. click on it and you'll see my avatar there, but you won't see it on the board.

as far as answering, once you are at the board (where you see your question,) look all the way to the right, there will be a little green arrow pointing to the right, just double click on it and it will bring you to the new posts. also, to reply "click reply"

i feel the same way, this is a good site, but i'm not familiar with these forums. best suggestion i could make is press all the buttons, can't really hurt anything. you could always back out of a screen.

sorry gave you wrong info...

go to 'profile', then 'EDIT OPTIONS' go all the way to the bottom right. should have a big button there labeled "AVATAR"

ok, try this....i'm a pretty determined person. i do things until i get it right, or die laughing.

under "profiles", "EDIT OPTIONS"..NOW midway down page there is a 'caption' says: "Thread View Option" and one of the choices are "Show user's Avatar ~ there posts" click yes. hopefully that will work.

also, go to bottom of that page and it will have "Change Avatar".

one of those have to work!
