Default ques about % fat you should have a day

Hi,

I have a question, I went into fitday.com and put in what I ate for the day. It said I had %64 fat!! %4 carbs and 32% protein . 2171 total calories. The fat seams really high. Is it ok. I'm doing the Atkins 3rd week. anyone know??

Default Ratios

The general rule of thumb for Atkins is approx. 70% Fat 25% Protein and 5% carbs but some people UP the protein a bit if they are lifting weights.

Thanks for the info. It seems such a high fat %. I seemed to have stalled loosing and thought this may be the problem. Guess I need to look somewhere else.
