Has anyone or does anyone here to Power 90? I was checking out their website and the before/after pictures are pretty impressive. I was thinking of ordering it, but a little skeptical because it sort of "sounds too good to be true."

I personally have not used the Power 90 tapes, but I have 2 friends that swear by them. Both of them are very athletic - one is a long distance runner and my other friend is a competitive soccer and basketball player. They have both seen results from the tapes. They have both recently had children so they are using them to get back in shape while they are home with their babies.
Also, I have been taking a class ~ the gym called "bootcamp" which is very similar to the Power 90 workouts and I have seen tremendous results in 4 - 5 months.
