Question Personal question................

this is kind of an embarrassing question but I'm really in need of some advise. okay.........I LOVE to job, BUT my breasts get so tender during TOM that I can't go running for two whole weeks out of the month!!!!!!!! I've tried cutting out the caffeine, taking Primrose oil and wearing a nice heavy duty sports bra, but nothing helps my breasts from hurting while I run. What does everyone else do????????? There's got to be a solution. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hi!

You can try taking a magnesium suppliment, if you don't already. A deficiency can cause PMS symptoms. (Chocolate happens to contain a lot of magnesium. Coincidence?)

You might want to try, instead of jogging, a lower-impact exercise. A good one (as long as you don't have back problems) is to put some books or something into a knapsack and strap it on! Go for a walk like that and you'll have your heart rate up in no time.
