Default cheated at a bridal shower

I did, I broke down and cheated. I tried not to.... but it got difficult. First the pizza, well I just ate the topping, left the crust. Felt good about that. Passed on the first dessert. Felt good about that.

Drank water.... then was given a glass of wine...okay small glass which was good. Sipped about half, then added seven up. Sipped on that. Didn't feel too good about that.

Avoided the nuts and bolts....had some fruit and dip.

Then the bridal shower cake... well... the slice was thin, I felt it would be totally rude not to take it...and well I had one bite of the cake part, and ate some icing. Oh oh... felt awful mentally.

Guilty as sin.. blew the diet. Had another 1/2 glass of wine and seven up. Felt even guiltier.

someone help me feel better about myself.

First thing this morning, right back to eating correctly. I don't want to fall off the Atkins WOE.

HELP

You are human, mistakes will happen. Just remember how you are feeling now and try to pull it up next time you are tempted!

Don't wait until morning to get back on track though, start now! You might have some cravings for the next few days because of the sugar you had, but stick it out - everything will be OK.

Now I am suffering with sugar cravings. Waaaa.

I am doing my best to NOT eat sugary stuff. Can't believe how strong the craving is though.

Slap my hands, if I reach for any.

Not worth that wine, 7up and cake icing I had at the bridal shower.

When will I learn?
