Default 2 questions

Hey Im new here and have a few questions. I just started atkins induction a couple of days ago.
Does it make it difference how much I eat? For example if I ate the same amount of carbs but I ate more one day, and less the next day, will it make a difference if my carb intake is the same for both days? Will I lose more if I watch how much I eat also?

Has anyone lost more on induction with exercise versus no exercise?
Also what are some suggestions for low carb dressings for salad?
Thank you!

I love 1/4 cup of olive oil, red wine vinegar, each, shaken up with a tablespoon of herbs like Mrs. Dash or dill & parsley. Let it sit for a bit and it's great! Mix blue cheese bits & sour cream or Greek yogurt to have a dressing that is packed with flavor.

I lost a lot with no exercise (hip problem.) Do it if you feel like moving; don't beat yourself up if you don't. And weight lifting does more for you than jogging.

Suggestion 1: Get a copy of the book and read it. These, and lots of other questions you'll probably have are answered in there.

To your questions - Dr. Atkins states that exercise is an important part of any healthy lifestyle. If you can incorporate it, there's really no reason not to do at least something on a regular basis.

On the dressing - almost anything is low carb. If you aren't making your own, just check the bottle. Italian, ranch, bleu cheese, caesar...all LC.
